Mostly known as Nine Men’s Morris, this is a game of alignment. Originally meaning 9 pebbles, in Sanskrit, this game is played by two people with 9 pawns each. The game board is designed by Rabari Women using hand embroidery skills and the pebbles are Cowrie shells adorned with beadwork. The pebbles are stored inside a small potli so as to not misplace any of them. Packaged in a lustrous handy bag, this game set is suitable for all age groups.
